Static QR codes store fixed data and are best for permanent info. Dynamic QR codes route through managed links so you can update destinations and track scans.
Yes, for dynamic QR codes. The printed code stays the same while you update content from the dashboard.
Yes. Use the Multiple Links type to build a single scan page with all your key destinations in one place.
Yes. The builder includes common utility formats like Wi-Fi, vCard, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone.

Yes. Rich QR types render hosted public pages, so scans open a polished destination managed by your content settings.
Not for dynamic QRs. You update the content, keep the same printed code, and continue your campaign without reprinting.
Yes. Supported rich types let you upload and publish content such as PDF files, galleries, and MP3 pages.
Yes. Feedback QR pages support ratings and comments, and you can review entries from the member area.
Analytics and Reporting
Paid analytics include scan trends, unique scans, and breakdowns such as country, city, device, and operating system where available.
Scan data is recorded as redirects happen and appears quickly in dashboard reports.
Yes. You can view global analytics windows and per-QR analytics pages with date-range controls.
Static QR codes are typically used for fixed payloads. Full scan analytics are part of dynamic tracking flows.
Billing, Trial, and Plans
Trial access starts on eligible signup flows and gives you time to test PRO capabilities before your first paid billing cycle.
Cancel before the trial end date shown in your account or billing flow to avoid the first paid charge.
If no payment is set up before trial end, PRO features are disabled. You can upgrade later and recover access to PRO features.
Yes. From Billing you can choose plan and interval options that are available for your account state.
Yes. You can cancel from billing/portal, and paid access remains active through the current paid period end.
After a paid subscription charge is processed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or to correct verified billing errors.
Payments, Currency, and VAT
CreateQR uses Stripe for secure checkout, subscription management, invoice handling, and payment method updates.
Yes. Billing supports company name and EU VAT fields for eligible tax handling during checkout.
Account owners can view recent invoices in Billing with direct PDF download links.
Yes. Checkout is configured with automatic tax and billing details collection through Stripe.
API, Team, and Security
Yes. API functionality is available with supported plans and includes endpoints for create, list, and delete workflows.
Yes. You can create, rotate, revoke, and manage allowlists for API keys from the member area.
Yes. Team roles are supported so owners/admins can manage members and shared account resources.
Signup flows use anti-abuse protections including server-side CAPTCHA verification where required.
Legal, Support, and Troubleshooting
You can access legal pages anytime at /privacy-policy and /terms-and-conditions.
Use the Contact page in public site or member area, and include your QR link or account email for faster help.
Use high-contrast colors, enough quiet zone, and print-friendly sizes. Avoid excessive logo coverage and test on multiple devices before launch.
No. Payments are processed by Stripe, and CreateQR stores billing references needed for subscription operations.
